Jacky-Cola Mufflers

These silencers are produced exclusively for us by Jekill & Hyde. They have hidden valve flap adjusters. The stainless steel cables that operate the flaps run within Teflon coated covers? The servo motors are heat resistant and waterproof.
Various end caps are available. In polished and/or black. Simply select under Options.
Silencers are supplied as a kit. They come with a mounting set, illustrated instructions and EU Approval (EG-ABE).
Also included is an electronic control unit for the sound management (Smartbox).
Sound Management Info: You should be aware that noise levels are measured between 50 - 70 km/h only in second & third gear, & only under acceleration.
In Automatic mode the electronics reduce the noise levels of the system in this region. Otherwise the full sound is available. Best of all: It's 100% legal!
Smartbox (Canbus only)
The Smartbox allows you to operate the flaps via a handlebar mounted button (including status light).
You can choose between:
closed / half open / open. All sound modes are always legal!
The Smartbox comes with a mode button for handlebar mounting.
